Start with the equipment you already own. Put useful items together, check their condition and add only what fills a real gap.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard Australian delivery is A$19. Delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is A$100 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies by product. Check the estimate in your cart before paying. Some radios and lighting have extended delivery or backorder periods, which you must accept at checkout. Items may arrive separately. We will contact you if an estimate changes; your cancellation and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I change my mind?
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the returns policy. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
